What’s Your Favorite Healthy Snack
My favorite healthy snack food is 4oz of low fat cottage cheese with 1 table spoon of frozen berry medley slightly heated in the microwave just enough to sweat the berries with 1.5 tablespoon of chopped walnuts and sprinkled with cinnamon to taste. I like this snack because it satisfies my sweet tooth, it’s crunchy and filling. These ingredients are simple and can be found at your local grocery or farmer’s market.

The company I am a distributor for has a fantastic choc fusion.tm. bar. It is that nice it’s naughty. Also when I’m in the mood for something sweet a handful of sweet grapes and some mixed dry fruit and nuts.Yummmmmyyyy.
My new absolute fav is Concentrated Coconut Cream from Tropical Traditions. It’s yummy on it’s own (with a peanut butter consistency but much healthier). A spoonful in the afternoon is great, or it can be added to salad dressings, coffees, etc. or many other things. I don’t eat bread/crackers, but I’m sure it’s great on them. I’ve dipped veggies in it. Yum!
I love fruits and vegetables plus, I taught my daughter too now when we go grocery shopping she picks her favorite fruits out, that’s cool!

This is my fav so far: a plain rice cake, almond butter with a few dried cranberries (or blackberries) and dark chocolate chips on it.

My favorite snack food is potato chips. To me it is a comfort food.
When I was a child I ate a lot of them and thoroughly enjoyed them as I do today. I only have them as a treat.
Air-popped popcorn topped with butter mixed with extra-virgin olive oil and some Braggs Amino Acid Sauce. Salt to taste with celtic sea salt.
Chocolate-especially dark as it is high in flavinoids and has omegas in the amino acids. main thing i love it and try to eat alittle everyday like french women to keep the heart healthy and the weight down. Good quick energy. Easy to find too!
